When is Brian Charles Open?

We are open 9am to 7pm Tuesday through Friday, and 9am to 5pm on Saturdays.

Do you accept returns?

All product sales are final. We will gladly offer an exchange for new, unused products purchased in salon of equal value.

What do you charge for x service?

You can check out our price ranges here. Please note that all prices are subject to change upon initial consultation. Due to this, our front desk is unable to give quotes over phone or email.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask that if you must cancel, please give us 48 hours notice.

Certain services are subject to a deposit and/or cancellation fee. Please enquire at the front desk for more information.

Do I need to wash my hair before my service?

If you have any sort of root spray or product build up, please give your hair a good scrub. Other than that, our colorists ask for no more than 3 day old hair, and our stylists will wash your hair prior to your cut.

I am not happy with my service. What do I do?

We want all of guests to be satisfied and happy with their hair. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us at (512) 300 - 0680 and we will make it right.

Online Booking FAQs

 

Will my card be charged right away?

Our system will take 50% of any color service booked at the time of booking. The remaining portion will be due upon check out. This portion is subject to change as the actual service may vary from the one that is booked. Haircut services do not require a deposit, and your card will not be charged until check out in salon.

My stylist isn’t available when I need them/the service I want to book isn’t available because it’s a specialty service.

Give us a text or call: (512) 300 0680 and we’ll be happy to help. We keep a limited online booking menu to avoid confusion, and some specialty services require a consultation first so we want to be sure you get that on the books before the big service.

How do I book my child?

When you launch our online booking, simply choose “Group Appointment” instead of individual appointment. This will let you book for someone other than yourself so long as you have their first and last name, an email, and a good credit card to use to reserve the appointment.

My stylist told me I needed a Partial Highlight but I don’t see it on the booking menu. What do I do?

We keep a limited online booking menu to avoid confusion. If your stylist specifically told you to book a partial, please book yourself under “Highlights OB” service. You can leave a message to our staff upon completion of the booking to let us know what’s going on. We’ll adjust any timing if necessary.

How do I cancel an appointment I no longer need/made in error/reschedule?

Send us a text at (512) 300 - 0680 specifying which appointment you’d like to cancel and we’ll get it taken care of for you!
